This modern 5-level building is located in a quiet area near a park. Our guests can easily get to the historical places of Saint-Petersburg and to the city center. It only takes 10 minutes by car to the districts of Vyborgskaya and Petrogradskaya, and 20 minutes to Nevskij Prospect.
If you decide to go by Metro train, you can reach the nearest Metro stations "Lesnaya" and "Ploshchad Muzhestva" in 15 minutes by foot from the hotel. If needed the hotel staff will order a taxi for you. Our guests can use the secure parking place at the hotel for free.
The Marmara Hotel offers 30 comfortable rooms in various categories: Single, Double Comfort, more spacious Double Superior and Suite with living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The Hotel facilities include: sauna, fitness center, swimming pool, conference room for 10 persons and a cafe. We provide business center services, laundry and dry-cleaning services and touristic information.

Single Standard Room
Two Singles are both on the 3rd floor, green yard view. The room is of 14 square meters and with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and an electric hair-drier.
Double Comfort Room
Double Comfort rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors, green yard view. Rooms are from 14,5 to 20 square meters. Two single beds are separated or joined up. The bathroom has a shower and an electric hair-drier.
Double Superior Room
Double Superior rooms are on the 4th floor, green yard view. Rooms are of 21,5 square meters with the double bed, rest corner with 2 arm-chairs and space for a possible extra-bed if needed. The bathroom has a shower and an electric hair-drier.
Suite
Suite Apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floors, green yard view. Rooms are of 25 square meters, they consist of the bedroom with the double bed, the spacious living room with a sofa-bed, a hall and a bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and an electric hair-drier.
