A fifteen-storey building of the Business centre Prin was opened in 1994 according to the Best Western classification. In 1996 in Tokio (Japan) the hotel project "Prin" was awarded a diploma and became a finalist of the Fiabci Prix D`Excellence World competition. Architectural design and interiors of the building are decorated according to the plans of Austrian and Italian architects.
