The Baltic Star is a hotel for 106 rooms. It occupies four-storied building with an attic. It was built in 2003, in a style of an ancient Russian mansion, surrounded by a park and picturesque canals. It is located in southern suburbs of St. Petersburg, in 30 km from the center.
Besides, there are twenty two-storied VIP-class cottages each of which bear the name of one of the great cities of Russia, built in accordance with a uniform project and are located in a picturesque part of the complex on the coast of the Gulf of Finland.
Each cottage of 1200 square meters, with two living-rooms, two private offices, two bedrooms, a dining room for 12 persons, a kitchen, three hotel rooms, a sauna, swimming-pool, gym, premises for escorting persons, security and staff, car parking.
